I am going to create a scientific game that incorporates chemistry experiments. The game is aimed at high school seniors in order to facilitate the transition from high school science classes to introductory biology classes in college. The storyboard is centered on a contagious disease that is spread in a town. The avatar is given the task to perform a series of experiments in a chemistry lab that will help scientists determine whether it is a virus or bacteria that caused the disease. The player will have access to a notebook containing relevant information, and will be able to use different chemistry equipment to do the research.
